Ken Elmer has been a practicing bankruptcy attorney since graduating from law school in 2008. While attending college at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Ken interned in Washington, D.C. for a Congressman and saw firsthand how the laws that directly impact people’s finances are created. Also while in college, Ken worked full time for a collections firm. There, Ken learned the tactics by which creditors pursue clients. It was at this time when he resolved to pursue a career helping people in financial distress.
